M11 Series 300 mW Uncooled 980 nm Pump Module. The 130+ GBaud Smart TROSA and M11 Series from Lumentum are optical solutions, with the 130+ GBaud Smart TROSA being an InP-based smart transmitter receiver optical subassembly that enables data rates of up to 800 Gbps on a single wavelength. This allows for a transition to faster network architectures that can support increasing data traffic from emerging AI and ML applications. The M11 Series are uncooled 980-nm pump modules that comply with Telcordia GR-468-CORE standards and offer wavelength selection for spectrum control with high-power output. They are made for small form factor and pluggable erbium-doped fiber amplifiers, high bitrate and channel-count EDFAs, and CATV distribution.
